    Q: What is the format of the night?

    A: Canapés and free drink on arrival, seated entree, some info/talks about PSW, mains, dancing, help yourself to the dessert hut (all you can eat), coffee van (purchase own), our famous illuminated bar with selection of drinks for purchase. Then dance the night away to Mr Buzzy. 

     

    Q: What is the dress code?

    A: We encourage formal attire, bring warm layers and fancy gumboots (or shoes suitable for a paddock)

    Q: What facilities are there?

    A: Outdoor tables of 10, undercover dessert hut, coffee van, glam toilets, powder station, bar, parking onsite, weather/fire-ban dependent comfort fire, band stage and dance floor, silent auction, EFTPOS facilities, sponsors’ area all in the picturesque Adelaide Hills under the open night sky.

    Q: How long does the night go for?

    A: 6pm start – formalities will be completed by 10pm, but band, dancing and mingling til late.

     

    Q: What is your cancellation policy on tickets?

    A: Sorry tickets are non- refundable, however you’re welcome to organise a replacement (transferable)

    A: We have a indoor location that will be announced.

     

    Q: Do I need a 4×4 to access this location?

    A: No, it’s a well mowed path. It is in a dirt paddock, however.
